Exchanges & Returns

Kenzington's Kloset wants to ensure a positive shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return any unused/unwashed items in their original condition, with tags for a refund, exchange or in store credit within 5 days of receiving the item(s). Please call the store at 432-296-4121 for return authorization before returning your item(s).  Once your item(s) is received in our store, a credit will be issued upon inspection of returned item(s). If we determine that the merchandise has been used, the return was not authorized prior to being shipped or you have returned an item after 5 days of receiving the item (without prior arrangements), we will return the item(s) back to you at your expense.

***In Store purchases are subject to different terms than purchases made online and are printed on our In Store receipts as well as displayed at the register.***

***Please note that proof of delivery is recommended on all returns and we encourage you to use insured mail with tracking to protect against loss or damage by delivery supplier. We are not responsible for any returned items that are lost in shipping.***

Additionally:

  • We cannot refund return shipping cost – they are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Custom/personalized items are a FINAL purchase and cannot be returned. If you wish to cancel a custom order, please do so within 2 days of placing the order. ***Furniture, mattresses and oversized items are Custom.***
  • All SALE items are a FINAL purchase.
  • Holiday returned items will be subject to SALE price if returned 10 days before the holiday. Postmarked dates on return packages will be reviewed. Holiday items are a FINAL sale if purchasing 5 days before the holiday.
  • Shoes must be returned with all original items – bows/clips included. Any missing items will be subject to a $10 fee.
  • Returned purchases over $500 will be subject to a restocking fee.

Shipping

In stock items generally ship within 24 hours of order being placed during our work week of Tuesday – Saturday 10 – 6 p.m. Orders placed outside that time frame will ship when we reopen. If you need your items shipped sooner, please message me to make special arrangements. Orders are typically shipped via USPS or Fed Ex Ground. The average time is 2-5 days. Again, other shipping arrangements can be made by contacting me.

Furniture or any oversized items are subject to additional shipping fees and do not qualify for free shipping offers. ***The delivery window listed with furniture and oversized items are shipping estimates and are not binding or a guarantee. Unforeseen production delays or shipping of a product does not negate the period of time in which the customer can cancel the order.*** Please call 432-296-4121 for any questions regarding freight item shipping.

Additional Notes on Furniture Delivery:

  • You must be present for delivery. Please be sure to have as many people as necessary to help inspect and move your furniture. ***In some cases, delivery drivers may request help unloading your furniture off of the truck.***
  • Thoroughly inspect all items for damage upon delivery before signing delivery receipt. Any damage MUST be noted in detail on the receipt.
  • You must insist on an inspection, even if the driver is in a hurry. The driver may not leave without a signature on the delivery receipt.
  • In the event an item is damaged, please call us immediately at 432-296-4121. If no answer, please leave a voicemail describing the damage.
  • Do not write subject to inspection on the delivery receipt. This is not acceptable if an item happens to be damaged.
  • To avoid any redelivery fees, please accept your freight upon delivery. Most damages are small and can easily be repaired.
  • In the case of properly noted damages on the delivery receipt, Kenzington's Kloset holds the right to repair/replace the damaged items at our discretion.
  • Pictures of damage will be requested by Kenzington's Kloset.
  • The customer will be contacted by the freight company with a time delivery frame, which is typically a 4 hour window. In the event that the customer is not available at the agreed upon delivery time, the customer will incur storage fees as well as redelivery fees. The Customer assumes all responsibility of storage and redelivery fees and understands that these are payable prior to redelivery.
  • If the customer designates someone else to receive their delivery, the order is accepted "as is" unless properly notated on the delivery receipt as stated above.
  • If there are not any notations of damage on the delivery receipt, the customer legally acknowledges that they accept the furniture "as is."

These guidelines are in place to ensure a smooth delivery and to protect all parties involved.

Standard Shipping Guidelines:

Up to $250, shipping is $5.25.

$250 and Up, shipping is FREE (excludes furniture, mattresses or any oversized items, which are noted in the item descriptions.)

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be applied to all Texas shipping addresses. Other states will not be charged sales tax.
